Red Goes Pink

Picture
One of the ways you can reduce the risk of breast cancer is by staying physically active and engaging in a healthy diet. In our Red goes Pink event, we walked 1.3 miles across campus in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Pink Power

Black women have the lowest 5-year relative breast cancer survival rate compared to all other races/ethnicities. In our Pink Power event, we watched a short documentary about Breast Cancer Statistics, as well as an informative self-examination video.
